Stack360 LLC ("Stack360", "we", "us") operates the website at stack360.ai. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Stack360 LLC is a company registered in Delaware, United States. For any privacy question, contact us at info@stack360.ai.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you complete our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, your firm, your position or title, your city and country, your phone number, and your work email address.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may process limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, for security, performance, and to prevent abuse. If we enable website analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting provider and update this policy accordingly.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

Legal bases (where applicable)

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, your consent. Where you have provided details through the contact form, you may withdraw contact at any time by emailing us.

Service providers

We share information only with the service providers that help us run this site and respond to you, under appropriate data-protection terms. These currently include our website host and serverless platform (Vercel), our database provider (Supabase), and our transactional email provider (Resend). Each processes data on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Data retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up with you and for our legitimate business records, after which we delete or anonymise them.

Security

Stack360 is built security-first. Enquiry data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in an access-controlled database; secrets and keys are held server-side and never exposed in the browser. We are actively working toward SOC 2 assurance.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email info@stack360.ai.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics or functional cookies, we will describe them here and, where required, ask for your consent.

Children

This website is intended for business professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
